Motivation is unreliable.
Some weeks you have ideas, energy, and momentum. Other weeks you don’t. If content creation depends on motivation, it becomes sporadic… and sporadic work compounds into nothing. Discipline solves that.A weekly commitment removes the decision-making. It’s no longer do I have time to write something this week?—it’s what can I publish this week that continue to build my vision?

Consistency builds resources.
In terms of preparedness, I often think about the ant and the grasshopper. Each article on this site is part of building a public repository of resources, provided (free-of-charge, always!) through my unique voice and experience. Over time, that consistency and dedication matters more than any single post.
Yes, some articles will resonate more than others… Some will be timely, others evergreen. But collectively, they create a knowledge base that people can return to, reference, and share. And that only happens with consistency.
I’ve always appreciated the value of documenting ideas, sharing insights, and building in public.
This commitment is about execution.
And so, my dear readers, you can expect at least one post per week on this blog. No exceptions.
